The Cedar Valley Catholic Schools Board of Education consists of two (2) lay persons from each of the supporting parishes (Blessed Sacrament, Queen of Peace, Sacred Heart, St. Edward and St. Patrick), as well as the pastor from each of these parishes and a representative DRE. The Director of Education, principals from each school, and controller are ad-hoc members.

The Board typically meets the first Thursday of each month though sometimes there are special meetings and/or meetings scheduled at different times. Visitors are welcome at the meetings. If one wants to speak they are encouraged to call at least a week before the board meeting to be included on the agenda.
